EVENTS & PARTIES

 

PRICING

The rates referenced in the brochure and/or price list are inclusive of VAT at the current rate,

The Snooty Mehmaan reserves the right to increase the level of VAT subject to legislative increases.

DEPOSITS

All provisional bookings will be treated as tentative and will be held for no more than 5 days, pending the receipt of full payment.

If payment is not received the provisional booking may be released without notice.

PAYMENTS

Full payment required at the time of booking any event. Once full payment has been made all monies are

non-refundable & non-transferable except as below. One payment per party is required, individual payments will not be accepted.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

Should insufficient numbers be booked for any particular event or date, we reserve the right to offer alternative dates,

join other parties together, move parties to a different suite or cancel an event all together, in which case a full refund will be made.

TRIBUTE NIGHTS

These events are subject to minimum numbers in order for the artist to appear. In the event that these numbers are not reached,

you will be notified no less than 1 week prior to the event date and offered an alternative date, or full refund.

ENTERTAINMENT

Should the artist be unable to appear due to unforeseen circumstances, The Snooty Mehmaan will endeavour to arrange

for a substitute artiste of a similar quality, to cover the engagement.

CHILDREN

Children are classed as under 12. Children under 16 will not be permitted to attend the New Year Party or any

events we deem unsuitable for children.

PARTY SIZES & SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

Table sizes will vary according to the total numbers attending each event; we reserve the right to join smaller parties together. 

Please note all tables will be arranged in groups of 8-10 guests per table. 

Smaller groups will be sat at a table with other guests for each event.

LIABILITIES

The Snooty Mehmaan shall not be liable for:

·       Loss or damage to guest's property or personal belongings.

·       Any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this arrangement where failure or

delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

 

COVID-19

As there are no legal restrictions in place by the government surrounding Covid-19, any cancellations on the basis of

Covid-19 will not be honoured and full cancellation charge/s will apply.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations within 45 days of the event date will be non-refundable.

 

OTHER

Please note that service or performance will not be delayed for guests arriving late.
