Tender beef pieces marinated with papaya paste, roast whole coriander and chefs special blend of spices.

As per tradition, the syrup has a delicate rose flavour: Gulab means 'rose water'

Classic Indian Rice pudding made with rice, sugar, milk and flavoured with cardamom, nuts, and touch of rose water,
